Shipping & Delivery
We offer Free Standard Shipping for in-store collection (see Click & Collect), Residential & Business addresses Australia-wide orders over $100.00. Any order(s) less than $100.00 incurs a $10.00 shipping fee charged.
Domestic Express Post is available, which incurs a shipping fee of $20.00
All orders are delivered using regular Australia Post registered shipping services. In most cases, if you are not present at the time of delivery a postal card will be left at your premise and the parcel can be collected from the nearest post office at a later time. Standard shipping has an insurance cover of up to $50 value otherwise please contact us to arrange extra cover prior to finalising your order.
Please note: Any order(s) that are processed over the weekend will not be shipped out until the next business day.
We can deliver to all Australian residential and business addresses. Please specify your business name for orders to business addresses.We do not delivery to PO Box address.
SHIPPING TIME FRAME
We strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, and this usually occurs within 1 to 2 working day of the order being placed.

ORDER STATUS & TRACKING
After you have placed an order, you can follow the fulfilment status of your orders from the My Account section upon logging in. Once your order has been dispatched, an email notification will be sent to your email address with an Australia Post tracking number.
