Why is Un Aime different ?

Since October 2010, Un Aime has been a local specialist destination for Women's and Men's Jewellery and watches. Un Aime is an authorised stockists for all the following brands which include Seiko, Pulsar, G-Shock, Baby-G, Fossil, Emporio Amrmani, Victorinox, Nixon amongst other listed on the website. As an recognised stockists, we ship all watches with the full manufacturer's instruction booklet, offical local & international warranties within the offical brand packaging. 

We offer free strap adjustment on stainless steel bracelet watches with each purchase in-store or online, as long as you can provide your proof of purchase.

Sales at Un Aime

Our inventory is checked on daily basis on the website against everything that is available and unavailable in-store. After an purchase is received, the stock inventory will be adjusted on the website to minimise errors. Any purchases received before 12pm each day, will be processed and shipped on the same business day and delivery time frames are advised to be estimated according to Australia Post.

Each thing we do in-store and online rotates around the customer, which you are all the commitment of our company. Our store strives to be competitive in product pricing along with all manufacturer's documentations and offering our professsional customer service in getting your merchandise shipped in a promptly manner so your can start enjoying your purchase as soon as possible.

With each watches and jewellery item(s) that is sold. We offer a lifetime sizing on adjustable stainless steel watch straps in-store, and cleaning on jewellery item(s). 

We offer an 1 year free replacement battery from the date of purchase on all quartz  ( Battery Powered) watches, as long as your proof of purchase can be presented. If the purchases is over the "1 year" time frame, Un Aime reserves the right to unfulfil the request of a free battery change, and repair fees will be advised and applied. 

 Are all products available in stock at Un Aime ?

Products that are listed in our website are always live, accurate and checked on a daily basis. Each products that are shown available on the website is both physically available in-store or online. Products that are shown as " SOLD OUT " are currently sold out but additional stock will be replenished and will be available again, unless that particular model has been phased out by the manufacturer. 

How can I be certain that the products are authentic? 

Each product that is sold in-store and online is brand new and 100% genuine which are sourced and provided straight from the local brand offices. 

 What to do if I suspect my watch to be faulty? 

If you suspect that your watch of being faulty, please do not hesitate to contact us via email on sales@unaime.com.au stating the exact reason why you think the watch is faulty and our team members will get back in touch with you. We strive to get back to you within the same business day for all enquiries of this nature with the ideal solution and action.
